Navigating everyday life can be challenging. That challenge has increased the last year as we have collectively experienced a global pandemic. I can help you explore thoughts, navigate feelings, learn self-validation, and live a life with more intention and grace. My hope is through our work together you can learn the skills needed to embrace your healing.
Using therapy as a resource to explore and understand complex emotions and trauma allows for you to create the awareness needed to decrease and manage how stressors and symptoms impact how you show up in your life. You are the expert in your own life. Together, we can identify your strengths and resiliency factors to reduce suffering and honor your truest self.
Often, we tell ourselves and others we are fine when we know we are not. I hope that therapy can be a safe space in your life to come as you are.
